Amazing!! I brought my phone here a couple of years ago and once again last month. They never fail to meet expectations. They couldn't promise my phone would be ready by the end of the day due to a 4pm turn-in, but it was ready by 7 pm, and I had class, so I was very grateful.🙏

(Read to the end) Had my phone repaired after it was practically destroyed. They did an amazing job at first. However, the frame had a burr sticking out that edged up to the glass, and pop... it broke again. Asurion replaced the screen at no cost and Ernie at Ubreak did a bang up job replacing the screen. He took time to make sure I was happy with the end product. The staff was very helpful. They definitely earned my business. I'll be back!

My experience was terrible. Your sales person had an attitude and was very condescending in how he talked to customers. He told me it would take 4 weeks to get it fixed and I would lose my data. Remember, he had no idea the actual issue other than it was stuck in a boot loop. A very disappointing experience. I walked out and called Dave at Mobile Computer Services and he fixed it in one day. I will never visit your store again.

It has been so al most five weeks since I brought my Nintendo in for repair and in those five weeks I've gotten no call or nothing so then I called and they said that it's still in the the repair queue and the next week today I called and they said it will take a long while more. I feel they spend more time on repairing things that cost more than stuff that got sent in a while back. This isn't me saying that you shouldn't go here to get your device fixed I'm just saying if you do strap in because if it's anything like mine it will take a long while.
