I walked into this Staples while my wife tires were getting changed at Costco. They have some parking here for non costco members and it's written on the spot but some people ignore that so be aware of that. But when you first walk into this Staples you'll notice the 2 security guard standing at the entrance. They'll greet you and you can continue on your shopping. This Staples seem pretty stocked with printers, ink, pens, folders and etc. They didn't have much computer accessories like keyboard, mouse or speakers here. They had some networking hardware like router, switches and etc. They also had some nice computer chair out on display but I didn't like the comfort on them.

Jo, the Customer Service person on the floor when I visited yesterday, noticed I was struggling with some heavy folders and offered to help. She then graciously listened then guided me what i needed. SHE is EXCEPTIONAL. Staples, Jo represents the best of the best in customer service! Thank you, Jo. You made my day.

Popped in to see if the restrooms were available, and I was told by the cashier, "we have no public restrooms." I then walked back into the store and asked another woman if restrooms were available because there is a sign that said, "If you need assistance, ask an employee." The 2nd employee ignored my first ask, then said, "They are not available right now." I truly, truly feel like they declined my use of the restroom because of my appearance. I just got back from Yosemite, so I'm wearing hiking pants and a wool sweater. If restrooms are for customers, then say that so I can purchase something. This back and forth wasted about 20 minutes of my time, and because of that, I had to change plans of going home to get dressed for work, to skipping that and going straight to work. What upset me most is I felt HEAVILY judged, and my time got wasted. I'm a manager in a big box retailer, and I am very upset at my experience at the hand of these 2 employees. I don't believe they are representing Staples the way they should be and declining the use of the restroom is not worth the dissatisfaction of a potential customer. By the looks of the most recent review prior to mine, customer service is not a strong suit at this location.

Rude workers. I hate my job too but I try to nice to people. Maybe in the new year, we can all practice kindness. P.S: Lying about the bathrooms being out of service is ridiculous. I’m a paying customer and I’m not good enough to use your fancy bathrooms? Wooow
