Our existing laptop was at end-of-life. Adding an updated hard-drive was the last step, and was cost prohibitive. Computer/IT isn't our Cup of Tea, so we decided to give the folks at "Switzer" a try. They recovered/transferred/saved all Our existing data, added a few upgrades to the "new" laptop, and provided a backup source for Our use if needed. I consolidated my verbage for the aforementioned tasks performed. But if this sounds like this might meet Your needs, consider Switzer. We are happy with the services provided. Our experience with these folks are they were professional, helpful, and understanding.The costs are reasonable, the Techs listen to Your needs, and only perform approved work. Thank You Switzer ...

Excellent, professional and honest company! I thought my laptop was gone forever and I literally cried at the thought of having to replace it. My husband decided to have a professional look at it and we saw the previous reviews for Switzer Enterprises and chose to take it to them. I am so glad we did because he was able to fix the problem the same day at a phenomenal price and I am back home working on my laptop with intermittent shouts of "Hallelujah"!

Brad, Director of Operations, is best of the best! I took my HP laptop & printer to him, the latter of which wasn't printing, and left about 30 minutes later with problem resolved! He took time to research the owners manual, follow a couple steps which I had overlooked, and fix the problem! SUPERB customer service!! He took time to listen, research, and resolve a problem for this tourist from Virginia. Strongly recommend Switzer for outstanding professionalism and extraordinary customer service! Thanks to Brad we continue our trip across America with one less headache and a printer that prints! GOOD ON YOU, BRAD!

A few weeks ago I came in to fix my charger port. They falsely said it was a hardware issue before realizing my charger was wrong. They didn't test the port to see if it was broken before ordering a new part. They kindly offered to install my HDMI drivers for free before the part came in. As soon as the part came in, they told me my port wasn't broken. Instead of refunding me, they charged me for a free service that they didn't write an invoice for. If this didn't happen, it easily would have been 5 stars but I feel swindled by it. Very shady behavior. The person working on my computer was nice, but it was some manager or something that made all the bad decisions that turned this experience sour. I probably won't use them again because they dont seem trustworthy. Edit: I was given a slight discount before they worked on my computer but that doesnt compensate for the overcharging that followed when they refused to refund me despite not working on my computer.
