So thankful for the professionalism and kindness of this shop walking me through everything from the initial phone call to dropping my phone off at the shop. Amazing customer service! They were able to remove a broken piece of our charger from the iPad charging port quickly and for free! The staff was friendly and helpful, and we were impressed by how easy they made the whole process. Because of their excellent service, we’ll definitely be returning for any future repairs. Very reasonable prices. I shopped around and they were almost $100 less than other repair places for a broken iPad screen. Not only that, but the friendliest people ever! They called to ensure pricing was ok before doing anything and they had everything done same day. I definitely don’t have to shop around for future repair needs!
