A couple key buttons were broken on my laptop and I was looking for places to repair at a reasonable price. Other repair shops wanted to charge me 300 dollars estimate for one key replacement so I came to Geek Squad as the last resort and only paid 70 dollars for a brand new keyboard on my HP OMEN laptop. My new keyboard looks nice and its like I got a brand new laptop. I also got my laptop back early. I was very reluctant to give my laptop to Geek Squad because of the reviews so I took the risk since I needed my laptop back for school. Now all buttons work perfectly. Thank you.

We would like to thank for the staff Sai at Geek Squad. After our trip arrived SFO back home, my husband's "Pixel" celleular phone got an issue totally locked out all of sudden unexpectedly. Fortunately we brought his phone to Geek Squad, Sai is the staff who helped with his extra effort, patience and confidence with his great professionalism. After Sai's serious help, the phone got fixed. They even no charge to the service at all. We are highly appreciate Sai's great help. This is the best Geek Squad we experienced.

The customer service reps were super sweet & friendly and all (seriously, they're not the issue here), but the techs didn't actually fix my issue. All they did was dust the desktop and blame a faulty cable ... Just smile, take your items back, and go to a real professional

They helped get my Husband's and my Email and showed us how to select a "Wallpaper" of our choice on desktop to our computer. They answered any question we had. I'm thinking of having them help me set up my TV. They do that service too.
