He really cared that I had pictures of one of my best friends that suddenly passed on this hard drive and needed them for a memorial just a few days away. And he made sure I got it right in time. Friend recommended me this place and I'm glad I listened. They are very professional & knowledgeable about everything computer related. Prices are very reasonable, best thing is they don't charge for checking what issues you may have. The owner Ben checked and then gave me an estimate of what needed to be changed or added and then gave me a rough estimate on how long and what the cost would be. Very nice guy.

Was in a bit of a jam as my battery was bloating and I had limited time to order a new one and get it replaced. Ben was extremely courteous and professional in diagnosing the issue, ordering a new battery (original oem!), and replacing the battery. All a few days before I needed it! Prices were very affordable. Highly recommend!
