I came to CPR with a hopelessly cracked phone screen, praying I would be able to recover the data for my new phone. It took a while since there was a ton of stuff on my phone, but Ariel and Alex were very patient working with me. They were able to transfer everything off the old phone so I wasn't losing any pictures or memories. They gave me a great price too. Very thankful for this service, they are polite and courteous, with good communication. Would recommend!

CPR was an amazing experience. I broke my screen during work and same day they were able to take care of me. I’ve been to other screen repair stores and this one takes the cake for best store. The quality of the screen they gave me was amazing. The manager Christian was very polite and was very informative. Will definitely be coming back.

My iPhone charging port became loose which caused charging very difficult. I googled and tried to clean the port following instructions, but it did not work. So I thought I needed to replace the port unless I buy a new phone. I called CPR for repair. He asked the model, and verified that the part is available and my charging port can be repaired. When I brought in the phone, he first checked the port and said it may only need cleaning. He quickly cleaned the port, and I tried the port using my own cord. It is NOT loose anymore! And the phone is charged without any problem. He said I need the right tool to clean correctly. He repairs phone to the best interest of customers. He cleaned port free of charge when I was expecting to replace it. What an excellent business practice! This is the place to go when I have phone problem next time.
