I had a 10TB hard drive fail when transferring between computers. Naturally I freaked out as it was an entire years worth of photos and videos I've taken. Click Away had great reviews online and after an initial call with them I brought the drive in same day for diagnostics. They weren't able to diagnose the problem in their store so they sent the drive to a clean room for further analysis. They were able to quickly identify the problem and recommend a fix. Now I have my data back and nothing is missing. I would definitely recommend Click Away as a local business that offers good customer support and communication.

The people were friendly enough. I don't know why they are asking me to write this review since everything else was a disaster. My printer started spitting out error codes and I wanted to do the right thing and try to repair it rather than create more trash, and these guys agreed to take a look. They told me they thought they could fix it, then quoted me a price of 70% of the value of a new printer. I balked a bit and they instantly knocked $20 off, which made me feel like they weren't being terribly honest. Still, I wanted to do the right thing so I went forward. They called to tell me they repaired it, and when I picked it up they had a test sheet printed out, so maybe they did. When I got it home I was getting the same error codes and never got it to work. I took it back to them and this time they said they couldn't fix it. Raises questions about their first analysis but ok. They won't refund the cost of not fixing it the first time, which I kind of get because presumably someone spent time, but then they offered to procure me a refurbished printer for $40, taking into account the previous payment. Taking their at their word, I guess they would rather give my refund to whoever supplies refurbished printers than me. Well anyway, now that we were back in the zone of the cost of a new printer, I walked away. The cherry on top is that after bragging about how they take e-waste and have a service that picks it up, they were not willing to e-waste my printer and I had to come pick it up and dispose of it myself. Whatever. I get that not everything can be fixed and sometimes you don't know until you try, but I can't identify one interaction with these guys that I could trust.

I had a great experience. I don’t know much about computers so Clickaway has always been a life saver for me. The tech at the store helped me get a new laptop when mine died, they transferred all the information and came to my house to setup my printer. A couple of weeks later I had problem printing and Jose came within the hour to fix the problem at no charge because of warranty. Their attitude is “we are here to help”. I was happy with the quick service, the attitude and their knowledge. Thank you Sunnyvale Clickaway.

Worst service. Scammer alert. My phone stopped working. They kept my phone & told me that they will diagnose it for free in 1-2days & call me back. But they did not respond for a week. After a week I went to the shop and asked for free diagnosis. They told me to pay 99$ upfront for so called “deep” diagnosis with no guarantee of any result & told me to keep the phone for 2 months, ridiculous. There was no free diagnosis. Waste of time and money.

ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Took my PC in because it kept shutting down at random. Got the free look over, but that's pretty much nothing. They then asked for more money to do a more in depth analysis which I was told it was my graphics card. How LUCKY they had one available. They upcharged me for it, and installed it. I have since removed that card and put in the one they claimed was non-functional. It works perfectly, and works in any machine I put it in. They also claimed that my storage device was corrupted and needed replacing. After investigating they did absolutely no data transferring to a new device because THE ORIGINAL IS STILL THERE. However they charged me for a new storage device and data migration. To top it off, the error I was having? They never fixed it. It kept doing it. So I did some research and found out it was something to do with the amount of power I was running. I corrected the issue and it works fine. Moral of the story: Do your homework! And avoid this place. To top it off, they removed one of my light up fans and replaced it with a non-light up fan because it was noisy. Something I didn't even ask them to do. I had planned on repairing that fan, and now my PC looks silly. I never got the fan back. Or the "old storage device". But that was due to there never being a storage device change.
