I always come here to get my phones repaired & the pricing matches the services & devices they have to provide & ensure your phone is almost in its new original condition. I decided to go elsewhere where I was quoted lower. Worse decision of my life. The guy stole my parts and this shop helped me figure it out.

Had a great experience here. I had two phones that needed repair one with broken front glass and the other with a broken front speaker. The price was very reasonable and had it them repaired the same day. The gentleman was very friendly and was very easy to have a conversation with. The only reason I'm not making this a five star is because I called later in the day to verify the phone were ready to be picked up, but no one answered. I called three times with about at least 10 mins apart. So, I had to drive there to see if they phones where ready. But all in all, definitely going to be going back there with any other phones I might need repaired.

Have been there a few times and always gotten excellent, helpful service. My phone locked up on me and took it to Zoomlock. Fixed in a few minutes. No charge. These guys are great, wouldn't trust anyone else. Note to Metro. You have no business selling phones if your employess have no idea how to help when there's a problem.
