I came in on Thursday to drop off my laptop because the hospital cat where I work at urinated in my backpack. So I wanted to be checked out to see if any urine went inside. I was told that it’ll be ready on Saturday and I’ll receive a call. I didn’t receive any call Saturday or Sunday. So I decided to call Monday I was told that the guy that worked on my computer is running late that he’ll be there at 1:30pm. My friend had called and was told that he’ll be in 30 mins. So I decided to come in at 2pm to ask what’s going on. He was still not in he didn’t come into the office until almost 4pm and my laptop was not ready and had to wait even longer. When I got my laptop back it was not even closed properly my mouse pad was not working, piece of my laptop feel off and my laptop is chipped. I came in again the guy that’s there is never helpful he’s response is always “I didn’t work on the laptop idk you have to wait until the other guy is here”. When I asked him if my laptop was dropped he gave me smart response with attitude “ why would we drop a laptop?” Simply useless. Please same time and go to another place that’s more professional. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!

Went here 2 yrs ago to a screen saver for my new phone and I loved it. It didn’t peel and you couldn’t tell it was there. I got a new phone 📱 and went straight here for the screen saver. He was very polite and professional. Told me it would take about 10 mins and it was 10 mins. I’d advise everyone that has a cell phone and want a good screen saver to visit him. Both professional and great service. I’m coming back when my son gets his new phone 📱.

4.8/5 Went in to get my phones screen fixed. My husband went to pick it up and there was a minor issue. He took it back right before they closed and they fixed it quickly. Only took off .2 points because we had to go back. They were very professional and quick.

First time at RepairALL, and Eric was very kind and helpful. When I dropped off my laptop I went in close to closing time and he didn’t rush me out, he took his time to attend to me. I picked up my laptop and am very pleased with my repair! 👍🏼

I went in because I my iphone was lagging and I noticed my phone battery health was 75%. He let me know that Apple usually recommends replacing it at 80% and I let him know my charge port maybe replaced because my charger wasn’t charging it well. He looked at it and said that it could need some cleaning not a new port. Did say the charging cable wasn’t going all the way in because it was dirty. So I went ahead for a new battery and cleaning. All came out to be 180 . He repaired it right away it was more expensive because I paid for rush repair. He did everything within 10-15 minutes and I was satisfied. I would come back if I ever need anything else. He kindly let me know sometimes it’s better to repair it if it just needs a cleaning or a battery. It was advice I appreciated. Didn’t try to upsell me tell me other things were wrong with it.
