I was literally waiting for drop off the package more than 15 mins. Staff completely ignored all Amazon customers and prioritized Staples customers first. There was a lady in front of me and she left. She was complaining the same thing that she was waiting for 10 mins and noone e gave her attention. Manager or whoever in charge!!! Please do something about it and be better!!

Terrible printing services. Use FedEx, more convenient and offer better customer service, I was told if their email doesn’t send me a code I can’t print without paying to use their computers. FedEx is more convenient and the employees worked with me when the code wouldn’t come through.

Went to Staples today to get my passport photo. I had the pleasure of working with Israel. He was very attentive and helped me feel good. Passport photos usually look like a mugshot to me since we can't smile with teeth. I recommend getting your photo done here if you are in need. Felt like being in a professional studio❤️ where they care and understand you. thank you

Staples continues to impress with their dedication to innovation. Their tech section is a treasure trove of cutting-edge gadgets and electronics. Whether I'm shopping for a new printer, ergonomic office chair, or the latest computer accessories, I can always count on Staples for the latest and greatest.

This Staples is well stocked and reliable but I had to leave a review and share a very negative experience I had with the assistant manager working this afternoon (I believe his name was Israel). As he processed my Amazon returns he rudely and mockingly said how "we" are the problem for pollution, Amazon is sending our items into the ocean and not a warehouse, and direct guilting/shaming remarks for being an Amazon customer. This was not a good showing of the Staples brand and customer service. I hope senior management looks into this as no other Staples employee has treated me this way and his negative opinions of Amazon are very apparent, despite working for an employer who is directly affiliated with Amazon.
