If I could give 0 stars, I would. I initially bought a keyboard from this store that was defective and missing parts. When I went back to exchange it, they didn’t have the same model in stock, and there were no upcoming shipments. The sales associate suggested I order the same one online, which would take up to 10 days, but I opted for a different model that could be delivered in 2 days. The new keyboard I chose was the same brand but $20 more, and it looked and felt different from the first. However, when the package arrived, it was the exact same keyboard I originally bought, just bundled with a cheap mouse—definitely not what I ordered. I called the store and was told I could bring it in for an exchange or return as long as I had the shipping paperwork that came with it. When I went in, the old man at the counter rudely interrupted me when I tried to explain the situation, demanding my receipt. Despite telling him what I was informed of over the phone, he cut me off again and insisted he needed the receipt to do anything. When I asked to speak with a manager, he refused. Embarrassingly enough, I got upset and just walked out in frustration rather than continuing the argument.. The whole experience was FRUSTRATING AND COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. If you can’t treat customers with respect and empathy, maybe you’re not cut out for the customer service industry. DO BETTER STAPLES OF SONORA If a manager or corporate could contact me, that’d be great.

Our local Staples is a great place to find all your “office and tech needs.” Everyone there is so friendly and ready to help with anything you may need! The staff go the extra mile to make sure you purchase you have all the information you need to use the product. The stock in the store is GREAT and the store is exceptionally clean and well organzized!

My 11 year old laptop finally gave up accepting the internet and it was time to get a new one. I had an idea and a price range in mind and knew what I needed. The store Rep (Lauren) listened to my needs and referred me to a possible replacement along with the apps I needed to manage the household demands. She offered to transfer my files to the new laptop to make the switch over easier for me (I am not techy). I have a son in the military (Italy) who was advising me before I stopped in, so afterwards I shared with him what was purchased, and he said that was a great price for all my needs. He compared it to amazon, best buys, etc. I would recommend Staples to because they listen to my needs and took great care to make it happen.
