I want to thank Alexis for being so helpful. In December I dropped off a UPS package at Staples for verizon and they never received it. Having been two months and a move later, we of course lost the tracking number sheet, but when I called earlier, Alexis was so wonderful to help us find the tracking info so we could get verizon (and more importantly their fees) off our back.

Staples is a great stationery etc. store and I love it. I go to the one in Petaluma near where I live ( ten minutes away) and also the one in Sonoma where I used to live. They are all great and the staff is very helpful.
