The initial time I went in the tech was rude and quoted me price not on line and told me it would take 6 hours for 2 hour repair. Because the quoted price was $80 more than online I checked on my insurance. So I used the insurance. The second time was a different tech lil more receptive and polite. My main issue with this whole process is the picture below. When I received my phone this text thread appeared. I have only at&t mobile no home equipment. But apparently somehow mysteriously I was signed up for $25 services I don't want or need....it took 40 minutes on the phone with at&t to clear this up. I didn't ask or approve of this extra service, but during my repair somehow it was ordered. I wouldn't trust them with my dog's phone. Nothing was asked or said about this extra service but they had full access to my phone and if I wasn't paying attention it wouldn't have been cought till my bill was $25 more...DON'T GO!!!

If you have an apple product, DO NOT BRING IT HERE! On November 22, 2024, I took my watch in to get a battery for my Series 5 watch. It took until January 8, 2025 to get a Series 5 replacement for the watch they rendered inoperable. So frustrating! 13 phone calls to check on status and 9 emails back and forth with the regional manager was exasperating. They words and actions did not align. I DO NOT recommend them. I head three people while I was there yesterday waiting for the dead watch they were providing me as a replacement to charge and make sure it works, say the words "I brought this in before but now..." asking for an unresolved issue to be addressed. They were completely indifferent to the needs of the customer and how their ineptitude impacted me. Owner of the parent company is Asurion. The President of the Company (Justin Wetherill) has contact info available online to anyone that is as frustrated and disappointed in their services.

They replaced the battery, but they removed my screen protector without telling me or offering a replacement. I understand why it may have been necessary, but now I'm left with buying a new screen protector. Also, they said everything is fine but as I walked to my car, I saw the "No SIM Installed - Emergency Calls Only" message. So I had to go back to the store and point it out. I think it should have been obvious to notice. They then spent 20 minutes doing something to recognize the SIM. And they also did not email me to let me know the phone was ready to pick-up. Overall, they performed the requested service well, but it was a little rough of an overall experience.

We were referred by Verizon to have our iPhone to be repaired in this facility. The man working there told us that he could only do part of the job. That he didn't have approval to fix everything. When I called Verizon and he understood that there was no way out, he took our phone for repair. We were told to come back in one hour. THE CELL PHONE WAS NOT FIXED. 3 hours later, on the way from work, my wife stopped by to pick it up and to find out that the repair man broke our sons phone to peaces. GREAT REPAIR SERVICE... LOL

The worst experience I've had. I brought in my phone on December 23rd for a broken screen replacement. They accepted my phone and told me it would probably not be ready that day but it would be ready The 24th. The 24th came along and no one updated me nor did anyone show up to the store. I called numerous times and even passed by to check in. Turns out, everyone was off. I needed my phone urgently during Christmas and ubreakifix failed me. Not only did they fail me, they did not fix my phone the 26th,27th,28th, and 29th. Finally, the 30th they texted my workphone to tell me that it was ready. When I came in grab my phone, the inner screen of my galaxy z fold 5 had a big scratch on the screen. I pointed it out to the tech, and she said that she did not replace the screen and that it was not her problem. What kind of customer service is that? No effort to show a resolution. All she said was sorry. I will never bring my phone to that store and will never recommend anyone to go there. Ubreakifix: your Simi valley branch needs to be checked.
