I had my 2012 i7 MacBook pro fixed as the logic board died, after 3 weeks I got the computer back but an i5 slower CPU GHz board was put in it that rendered the machine to run very slow even with a ssd, it would crash booting into a 2nd partition, After going there I was told all I asked for was a computer that would turn on, But the computer ran poorly and they would not replace the logic board with the original spec board After spending 150 to have a slower board put in I had to spend another 100 on the proper i7 board that I replaced myself at home. The board they put in had what looked like 12 year old OEM thermal paste and was very dusty Now I am stuck with their i5 board that I really wish they would buy back, not the best experience

I came in today to fix my cracked screen only to discover that it was the screen protector that was cracked and not the actual phone. The owner was honest enough to show this to me on the spot rather than take advantage of a naive customer. If you’re looking for a great service provider, that’s honest and reliable, I would highly recommend this store! Thank you so much for your integrity, which is so refreshing in this day and age.

My Dad asked me to write this review, as he was the one to get his phone fixed. He said the young man was great - very helpful and quick! He's very thankful that he went to this location for the repair.

I was able to go into ubreakifix with no appointment and get help right away. My phone battery was dying rather quickly so I needed a new battery. Peter was very knowledgeable and my phone was fixed within the time frame provided. I would definitely go to this location again for future phone issues.

I needed a new battery for my iPhone 10 2nd generation . Where I purchased the phone in 2021 said they do not do batteries. I would have to buy a new phone. the lest amount I would have to spend would be$ 385.00 for a new phone. I founduBreakIfix and they were able to install a new battery for a total of $141.00. It took about half hour and I was on my way home..Very happy
