Completed my repair in less than an hour after return of my computer from Best Buys who said they couldn't repair this specific computer, Asus, after sending it to KY, because they don't repair Asus, even though I have total tech.

While traveling I had a hard drive fail in a laptop. Jon upgraded me to a new superfast solid state drive. Just as promised, the work was done quickly, at a very reasonable cost. Can't ask for more than that. I live 2000 miles away, and would still send future work to Jon

Sergio was such a knowledgeable and nice guy! My computer was really slow and having issues, bugs and pop ups, finally crashed doing a windows update installation.
