Rick has been a godsend and highly recommended. I had an Apple monitor go black and could not figure what the problem was ... videeo circuit in the Mini, cables, monitor, etc.? Rick diagnosed it was a safety circuit inside the Monitor that Apple does not tell you about. All fixed now. I also had him straighten out my tangle of external disk drives so now I know what each is doing. Hallelujah!!!

Rick is a Mac genius! He has worked on my computers for over 30 years and has always come through with flying colors! I would highly recommend Rick at Mac Services to work on any Apple computer. Thanks, Rick, for the work you just completed getting my iMac up and running again, with a new hard drive!! I though it was doomed for the Apple graveyard, but you gave it a new life!

I took my very sick seven-year-old iMac to Rick without much hope for a good outcome. Also, I had a project to complete with a rapidly approaching deadline. After a couple hours he called with a diagnosis, laid out alternative solutions, and discussed the pros and cons of each. He then proceeded with the repair and was finished by the next day. He insisted on delivering the machine to my home office, where he got everything hooked back up and fired up. It was like a brand new machine. He then spent over an hour correcting a couple of software quirks that required my input. And he didn’t charge me for the time he spent at my place. Needless to say, I’m an extremely happy customer.

Rick was incredibly friendly and generously insightful to me as a first time caller. He even made recommendations in my best interest such as to call Apple to check about my warranty status! I am extremely happy with his support and service and look forward to working with him in the future if Apple does not solve it.
