Abraham and his team showed exceptional care and dedication when performing a slightly complicated repair on my iPad. Though I came to the shop on one of their busiest days, Abraham was extremely patient and kind; he took the time to talk through repair options and was attentive to my concerns. At the end of the day, I sincerely appreciate the quality of the repair itself - additionally, it is nice when you find a company that truly cares.
