this business will rip you off, came in to get my movado battery replaced and they sold me a dud! the battery died within 3 months. i went to another watch service they checked the charge of the battery and yes it was dead within 3 months. they replace the battery and it has been over a year without replacing. DO NOT come here. ripping off San Jose locals. shame.

Beware they will rip you off. I just wanted her to add an extra link which I provided and she wanted to charge me 30. But then she tells me my battery is dead and its a special battery that costs 125. My watch is solar. It was dead because I haven't used it. I went home and set it on the table outside and it charged and runs fine. She either doesn't know what she's doing or she's a thief.

They resize my watch and I forgot to ask for the links back. Most places would return without asking. Anyway, they can fix watches but I don’t feel like this is a place I would trust with a high end timepiece.

I filed a complaint on the associate working at the store on 07/10/21. I came in to have a bead bracelets restring. I was not happy with his work because he stringed my beads into a very tiny bracelet. He refused to make it bigger or find an alternative solution. Instead, he told me to call the security/police and proceeded to go on his phone and ignored customers. I am not sure the dynamics of your store but this is unacceptable work ethnic for an employee to brush a customer off due to service dissatisfaction rather than work out a better solution and go scrolling on his phone.
