I was walking over to Best Buy’s at Santa Row to have my battery replaced in my Apple I phone when I happened to see Mobile Kangaroo (a computer repair shop) I decided to walk in and ask if they could replace my battery. The service technician behind the counter said yes he could do that for me while I wait, should take about 1/2 hour and will coast $69. I asked what brand battery they used? He informed me that they are Apple certified and only use Apple factory batteries. As I waited for my phone repair another person walked in with a stuck key on her Apple laptop. She told the tech that her dog stepped on it and the key got jammed, the technician looked at it and said don’t worry Apple has a recall on the keys doing just that, leave it with me and I’ll repair it at no charge. (The guy obviously knows Apple products) 15 min went buy and he told me my phone was ready to go. Bottom line I don’t know what Best Buy would have charged to do the repair but I’m all about supporting the mom and pop places in my community, not to mention the top notch service I received from Mobile Kangaroo. If I ever need other repair’s I’m sure to go back and give them my business. Good job Mobile Kangaroo, good job.

Came in for a warranty for my AirPods with an appointment, was a few minutes late but they took me no problem, staff were polite and let me know it would have to be sent out for diagnostics and repair and should the repair fall out of the scope of warranty they would call me and ask for permission to proceed. They stated it would take 3-4 business days and it only took 2. 10/10 great service and turn around. Only business improvements should be lighting in the store.

do not go to this establishment for your apple repairs. They promise a fix and a $35 dollar payment. This seemed reasonable until then being told that I would have to pay crazy amounts for a new screen if I wanted my phone to be fixed. That is not a great solution considering how much it would cost to buy a new phone. Stay away from this place to save time and money!
