Hands down the best all electronics repair and technical help and support store in the whole bay area and more. I have use them for numerous projects and they have always manage to address my issues in 24 hours. Some of tasks I thought were impossible to accomplish but they always some how find away. They also take in trades and sell all types of gaming consoles. Please support their great staff and amazing business. Plenty of safe parking in the rear of their building. Macbook and iPhone heaven.

Great microelectronics repair shop in the Bay Area, the only one who took on a custom microsoldering, microchip soldering job (they have a guy who specialized in that, ask for him). Repaired my car ECU to fix the misfire issue. Would definitely recommend it.

This store really gave me a new understanding of KT. I bought my computer less than 4 months ago. Due to personal reasons, I accidentally spilled water on the computer. Then, I went to this KT store to check whether the computer had water ingress. After arriving there, I paid a 50 yuan inspection fee. They said that the problem could be detected in one to two days. I left the computer in their store at 2 pm. As a result, they sent me a screenshot in less than two hours. I couldn’t understand what was displayed on it. They told me that the motherboard of my computer was burned and it would cost 980 yuan to replace the motherboard. My computer plus all taxes cost only 1,050 yuan. They suggested that I replace a computer and said that my computer could be deducted from their store to exchange for a shopping voucher worth 100 yuan, which was only for use in their store. This is not the key. The key is that I took it to another place for inspection. The inspection master said that there were some missing hardware in my computer. This is something I couldn’t understand. This store really gave me a different experience. It’s terrible.
