Roman is fantastic! He's incredibly knowledgeable about all Samsung phones. He’s also very reliable, succinct and communicative. I especially appreciated him showing me how to put my phone into maintenance mode so that nobody would have access to any of my personal details while fixing my device, while still being able to test and ensure the phone had been repaired. It’s also important to know that Geek Squad use only original Samsung parts, which is not the case with other repair services. Kudos to Best Buy for hiring Roman!!

Such a bad service, I dropped my Samsung Z flip 4 phone 2 months ago to the center under warranty repair. I visited multiple times since then to check on my phone because they never pickup a phone. Always same response it's not repaired yet from last 2 months. When I asked for replacement they said it might take 1-2 years if go that route. They are trained to screw you. Samsung said if you would have bought the phone from us we would have offer replacment but not the one you bought from Bestbuy. I decided to not buy things from Bestbuy anymore. I am still waiting for my phone.

Went in with a broken laptop spacebar on the keyboard and instead of making into a big deal and sending it out for repair, a Geek Squad rep, Billy, fixed in 5 minutes himself. Then, the managers were able to replace the extended 2-yr warranty with the accidental damage warranty that I had asked for upon purchase with some creative accounting (refunding the laptop, then repurchasing it with the new damage coverage). Great experience.
