Erik was great! He communicated ab out the status of my MacBook Pro laptop repair, gave me options like having the needed parts overnighted for an extra fee so he could get it finished the next day, and stayed 30 minutes late on a Saturday to finish it so I could have it back ASAP.

ClickAway Almaden did a great job repairing my Macbook Pro laptop. They are very accommodating: they loaned me a keyboard so I could use my computer while we waited for a new part to come in. If you want great customer service, go to ClickAway.

If you’re looking for an honest Tech Repair Shop then you’ve lucked out. I was in the area and stumbled across this gem. I went in to get my iPhone charging port fixed (turned out it just needed to be cleaned out). I was in and out within 10 minutes, Juan was great. These guys could’ve charged me for a port part replacement but they didn’t. They are honest and won’t try to finesse you. 10/10 service, I’ll be referring all my friends to this place here on out.
