I enjoy everytime I go there for work. It's in a nice area. I always had a passion for technology and being part of a tech team is what makes me happy.

Got to the store just after closing time, person still there immediately came to open the door and quickly helped me find the specific adapter I was having trouble finding all across downtown. Thanks!

Great service and location! I've loved my three experiences here. I will say that I prefer them for service rather than any of their retail products. But if you need something fixed, upgraded, etc, Sweet Memory is the best place to go. Super-friendly, authentic, and super-fast. Try booking a memory upgrade elsewhere and you'd have to schedule days in advance, but at Sweet Memory you can just walk in and get it done -- not in some hidden back room, either. My suggestion to them for improvement is to focus on quality inventory rather than low-price inventory, or at least to capture a fuller spectrum of price/quality items.

My hp laptop would not turn on. I took it to this store and they charged $125 to diagnose the issue. They told me that the motherboard needed to be replaced and it would cost $406. I decided not to have my laptop repaired and asked them to close it; they did a very sloppy job; all the screws were loose and I ended up paying $125. A friend of mine was able to fix my laptop with less than a $100. I wish I hadn't taken my laptop there in the first place. Don't trust them with your laptops.

Sam and his team have been great. I manage over 60 idevices and take all repair needs to them for off warranty devices. they are quick, affordable and a nice group of folks to deal with. they never miss a beat to communicate and to make accurate estimates for work.
