Went to replace a screen protector, they refused to do it and sent me to the mobile dept of best buy. No one was there so I left to do it in MetroPCS. While mounting my phone on the bike it fell off and the screen is now chipped. Worst service ever. The guy was answering like he was doing me a favor.

Took a laptop in to have it wiped clean. Manuel M. helped us promptly and did a fantastic job of taking care of business. His personality is friendly, helpful and professional. Plenty of parking, convenient location and hours.

The employees are not well trained. Do not trust Justin, wearing Ray Bands perscirption glasses, to assist you. I waited a hour plus doing the credit card 10% promotion. When I wanted the manager present and she tried we got an answer in 5 minutes. In the end, she could not help me out. She also lied to me. These people are young and unprofessional. Don't trust them.

Unable to make an appointment for installation with Geek Squad. I was on hold for 45 minutes and was then told by your call center she was unable to help. What the hell are you all doing? My wait time was advertised by everyone, including the Manila employees, as five minutes before they put me on hold again. Best Buy and Geek Squad service is plain unnavigable today. Stupid, imho.
