He solved my PC problem! I had built a PC for gaming several years ago and it was recently getting progressively worse. He took it over the weekend and gave it back to me after several days, fixed! What he found was that I had a temporary short on my motherboard from my installation of upgraded ram. He can't definitively say exactly how I shorted it, but hypothesized that my PC had some residual power running through the motherboard when I swapped my ram. This was causing random shorts that he was able to see during the shutdown process while running diagnostics. 5/5, very happy with the results. I was at a point where I was going to not have a PC for the next couple years until I felt like I would be willing to shell out 2k for another build. He returned it running like its old self and saved it!

I am not a professional when it comes to computer hardware and couldn't diagnose the problem that was happening within my computer. Don was very friendly and knowledgeable guy. Took over a day until I got my computer back but it's back and working. Prices were reasonable.

My laptop suddenly stopped powering on yesterday, and I brought it to Don in somewhat of a panic; he was able to quickly diagnose the issue (a loose screw shorted the motherboard) and had it fixed and back in my hands before the end of business the same day. Honest, straightforward, friendly, and fairly-priced -- you can't ask for more in a local business!
