Michel was very hospitable and provided excellent customer service. In the short time I was at Compupod he exhibited a handful of perfect examples of fantastic customer service. A gentleman attempted to cut the line I was at the front of and Michel kindly let the person know he would attend to his service needs once it was his turn in the queue and then regarded me as next in line. Michel was very clear and knowledgeable of the request I had and what other options were available and I left purchasing an item I didn’t come for but was exactly what I needed. Thanks Michel!

I am very impressed with your service and I thought is for Spanish speaking only but surprisingly some speak English including Hugo believes he is the manager too. We got good customer service and my phone get fixed as they promised! Very efficient, very impressive with your tech support too! 👏 I definitely refer to any of my non speaking Spanish fo come and try this place. Yes I am Asian and will send any friends over. I normally deal with Henry. Today I dealt with Yolanda for the 1st time! She is freaking great! Overly professional, very knowledgeable, she’s the nicest person I’ve met there so far! She was doing so many things at once PROFICIENTLY as I watched her close. She’s simply excellent!
