Had a great experience here yesterday. Shout out to Russell, Daniel, and Kurt who went out of their way to help make magic happen with a complicated return and exchange process. Darrell and Juan also gave me exceptional service at the setup table and helped everything run smoothly. I will recommend this Apple Store to others! 10/10

From the moment I walked in, my experience at Apple Stonestown was outstanding! "Olive" was my customer service agent. She was knowledgeable, patient and pleasant while assisting with the purchase and transfer from old phone to new one. It was a very positive experience vs. my experience at the phone carrier. I would highly recommend this location.

We've got the latest version of iPhone, but slow to learn its wonderful functions. I decided to take a class. It was free. I booked online and selected a store location to attend. I had a great experience learning today. The instructor whom I forgot his name was great. There were only 3 of us so it felt like a private group. I learned best in person and in a small group. The instructor was amazing. He showed us at a reasonable pace and allowed us to take enough time to follow as well as answering our questions. I was very happy with this. Nothing to complain. I want to shout out to the instructor who taught a class at 12-1 pm at the Stonestown store. Please tell him we appreciate him. Thank you.

Apple Has Lost Its Innovation!! From the first iPhone to the iPhone 6 or 7, I always stood in long lines in front of stores on launch day. Whenever I had free time, I would walk into an Apple Store and play around with different products in amazement. But recently, for me (and for others as well), Apple is no longer exciting or innovative—it’s just another smartphone. Yet, Apple employees still act and speak as if they are part of something revolutionary. Sometimes, I even feel a bit sorry for them. Of course, creating something new every year is not easy… but making something so similar every year doesn’t seem easy either!

Worst Apple Store experience at this store. I came in to get my AirPods 4 checked which had a wind like crackling sound from the left bud. They diagnosed it as defective and gave me the option to return or replace the device (even though it was out of the return window), and asked me to come back with the box if I wanted to return them. I came back a few days later, and now the “genius” and his manager said it was out of the return window and that they will only replace the device, and continued to gaslight me and said there were no such notes in my appointment that I could return them. I asked them why each “genius” communicated a different policy and they responded rudely. The “geniuses” here are clearly badly trained, lack manners and don’t realize what they’re doing to damage the brand.
