Today, Lucas at the Apple Store was absolutely amazing. Not only did he help me solve my issue with great patience for hours, but he also made my shopping experience much easier. I'm truly grateful! It was fantastic to receive such professional and helpful support. Thank you so much!

Horrible customer service experience. I’ve been to so many Apple Stores with well trained, knowledgeable, and helpful associates. I’m really surprised at the experience we received here. A ton of employees here on a Sunday afternoon - in fact, more employees than customers. Several employees were standing around even though customers (including us) needed help. Once we selected the watch we wanted (with no assistance from anyone in the store), we had to ask two different employees to help us actually check out. Like - we are ready to give you our money and still, no one wanted to help, because the employees were busy talking to each other and joking. It’s very much a “someone else will help you, good luck flagging down another employee” attitude to customer service here. Bizarre - I love Apple products but will be buying online.

Horrendous customer service over the phone. Pretty much unwilling to help on an item I purchased from them unless I came into the store, even though I live very far away. Apple online said the only way was to go through them :'( Buy from any other store

The worst customer service experience ever! I went there because at Stonetown they suggested they might be able to help me with a refund/discount on my AirPods. Unfortunately I was faced with a terrible person who not only didn’t help me but interrupted me and mistreated me the whole time, the manager, Michael, at this store was arrogant and rude the whole time. He should not be occupying such an important position in a store with that attitude and the way he treats costumers. Stonetown definitely has better service and better people.

I was attacked here and almost died when trying to get help for the Verizon store on Lombard messing up with multiple apple purchases so this is going to not be a favorable review for Apple or this store as well which is horrible. All they did was make the situation worse and it is far from resolved. The employees and managers are useless. They don’t care and there are tons of them but no one ever helps customers. Cost me a fortune and nearly my life. Still not sure how much this will actually cost me in total.
