This place is a joke. You’re better off buying a new printer. It took them over a month to even tell us what was wrong with our printer and I had to go in in person 4 times as they never contacted us. Then they tried to charge us $900 which is more than 2X the price of the printer which was less than 2 months old. One of the times I went in and the guy tried to get me to pay before showing me a test sheet. He said “oh so you don’t trust me” and I said “show me the test sheet” and the “fixed printer” proceeded to completely fail and I had to leave it again. Then they call me and say “oh well now you need to pay for this new bed which is $450” in addition to $400 they tenanted to charge for new ink. The service took so long, and was so ineffective that I would have been better off just throwing the printer in the trash.

Terrible experience. Rude and unhelpful. They couldn't fix my printer and seemed to be angry at me about it. Don't bother with them, find someone else. Rafael was the one on the phone if any ownership happens to see this.

I have a Samsung printer. They were very courteous and very fast with the repair. I think what I liked about the swrcice the best was that, the response I received frim the questions that I asked. The price was also very fair.

The reviews are true. This place is fast and awesome. Brought my printer in yesterday at 0800, and since they had the part in stock, it was ready by mid-afternoon. Our family business runs from home, our kids need to print out school work etc. It was great to only be out our printer for less than a day. Rafael was super helpful, provided accurate pricing estimates, and helped me get our printer mini-beast in and out of the car. I highly recommend this place to help you avoid headaches and keep your printer humming. Thanks!

Fixed my HP printer. Cost ~$50 ($20 up front to diagnose, ~$30 at pickup if it is fixed). Only took less than 1 business day to fix it, though I was expecting 3-4 business days. Much cheaper than buying the same printer at ~$80 (used) - ~$200 (new), and faster too. Works great.
