This place is definitely honest. I took 2 items in to see if they could be repaired. Veronica was very straight about the repair cost vs. the value of the items. In the end, bummed I went to pick up the items and pay them for their services and was charged $0 Lot to be said about honest business people now a days.

they ruined my $8000 projector then proceeded to lie to me and then blocked me. Dont go to this people for major repairs. They will lie to you and will ruin your device. ive sent my jvc projector in, they agreed to fix it, they sent it back to me, it had more problems than before, i sent it in again then, them unable to fix what they broke they desperatey decided behind the scenes to give me back the repair money to escape any kind of liability , they then lied and argued that the projector was damaged in the way to them, arguing that a little scratch on the lamp glass (which they purposely made) was the whole problem behind the projector image and therefore unfixable. Then they proceeded to block me. Very sketchy people dont trust them they are thieves and unethical. They will flat out create problems for you and make your device worse. You will hear from me very soon.

I took my ps5 to them because of a burning /ant problem. It was delayed because of their vacation and delayed from appointed day to pick up so I told them that I decided to go pick it up and take it to another shop on the next day. Next morning they called for pick up and said it was ready. I didn’t have a problem with the price but the lack of communication was an issue. They returned it to me with a wire sticking out of the bottom and more dirty than I had handed to them. After saying something, they fixed the wire and cleaned it. The repair seems to be well done. 3.5 stars ⭐️

I dropped off my Ps5 on a Saturday and explained the problem. They said they would look at it before they closed but I never heard anything from them. So then I waited for them to call me Monday but didn't and so I called them. When I asked for an update they said they were testing it by watching a movie. I never said that there was a problem with that so it was just a waste of time. The lady who helped me didn't even know how to turn the ps5 off so it was as if she never even worked on one. Overall this place was terrible and would not recommend it at all. There was very poor communication and they have people there who have no idea what they are doing. I would go somewhere where they have actual experience and know what they are doing. This isn't that place.

We had a very good experience with Nerd Repair Center, beginning with office reception. Mike, who came to our home to pick up our TV, and then brought it back, was great. The turn-around time was short and the price seemed very reasonable, so we were very happy.
