Don't waste your money. They are so unkind and unhelpful. They clearly hate their job. I don't blame the employees. This has company policy and upper management stench all over it. I spend thousands at best every year and will not not be buying anything from the geek squad. Protection plans or having anything serviced there is not the best.

I had an appointment with Geek Squad today, scheduled by Apple to address an issue with my phone screen. From the moment I arrived, the experience was disappointing. Without even examining my phone or listening to my concerns, the representative immediately told me, “We can’t cover this and can’t help you.” I explained that I had purchased the phone less than a year ago, and only then did they decide to check further. After disappearing for a while, the representative came back and told me I needed to go to the Apple Store instead. This was extremely frustrating because Apple was the one who directed me to Geek Squad in the first place! They were fully aware of my issue when they scheduled this appointment. The lack of communication and effort from Geek Squad was unacceptable, and the entire visit felt like a complete waste of time.

Just had a horrible experience with their manager Jake. Best Buy should remove him from his manager title immediately as he is creating terrible experiences for customers. The lack of understanding, communication, problem solving skills and effectiveness to come along side customers was a complete shock, especially after having great experiences at their other locations. Will never return to this location and highly recommend Best Buy launch an investigation into his capacity to supervise staff and interact with customers.

Had to come in for a problem I’ve never had before. Sebastian was so helpful, answered all of my questions and provided great advice! He was ready to help the minute I arrived and resolved the issue very quickly. Thank you!

Rosa, the Manager of this Geek Squad is extremely unprofessional. I had a 3:40 appointment but was told that Rosa was the only one that could help me. When they called her over she threw her head and arms down in disgust and said "well he is going to have to wait for 30 minutes, im busy". After waiting for a while I got upset and asked for the corporate number as I was told there was no one in the store higher than her. As I was on the phone with the corporate number explaining my situation, Rosa started arguing with me about what happened. At one point she even said "Don't talk about me if you don't know me". I can not believe that I was treated with this amount of unprofessionalism. AVOID AT ALL COST
