Derrell is nothing short of professional, personable, and profoundly patient. I brought in my laptop after an attempted home upgrade where it would no longer turn on. He was very transparent about his process and walked me through his protocol. "No fix, no charge." After extensive, above and beyond diagnostics he determined I had damage to my motherboard. Well it was time for a replacement anyways, so instead of opting for a replacement board on my machine, I got myself a new one that could keep up with me since my old one was low on storage + performing slowly. No charge even though he was incredibly diligent and went above and beyond to try and find a reasonable fix without needing to replace the motherboard. You can tell that Derrell loves what he does and is extremely knowi. The most trustworthy guy in San Diego and I will be taking all my tech related business here for the foreseeable future. :)

Derrell is a lifesaver! My computer wasn't turning on, and I thought I'd have to buy new parts. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it on the spot. He was efficient and his prices were also incredibly reasonable. I was amazed at how fast and affordable the whole process was.
