Highly recommend!!! Excellent customer service by both Nicole and Ali. They weren't kidding when they said my phone would be fixed in 15-20 mins. Best part was they had the part (new screen for IPhone 13 Pro Max) in stock! Other places said they would have to order it. I give them a 10 out of 10!!! My phone looks brand new.

Awful customer service, clearly tried to get more money by replacing parts without asking and demanding additional payment, subpar repair job of what they were asked to repair, and they broke multiple other parts in the process. Never coming here again, can't be trusted to be honest or do the job right.
