I can't believe they pay the people that work there. We bought their iPhone and said we wanted to port the phone number from our existing Android phone. Their heads nearly exploded. They said they didn't know how to move a number from a non-Apple phone. Seems to me like pretty basic stuff for a phone store. They told us to call our carrier when we got home and get them to help us. We were very close to just giving it back and getting a refund but 90 minutes after getting home we got the new iPhone working. By the way, the carrier didn't know how to do it either; we figured it out for ourselves with a bunch of Google searches and YouTube videos. They owe us a couple hundred dollars as temporary employees for doing their job for them. If you want an iPhone just order it on-line. You won't get any help when it's delivered but you won't get any help if you go to the Apple store either. I had a MUCH better and faster experience with my $50 Android ordered on-line than with this $600 iPhone. I would have expected MUCH better service with a phone costing more than 10 times as much. Silly me. Personally, I'll never buy another Apple product. I really don't understand why they're so successful.

A gentleman named Jeff/Jeffrey helped me tonight, kind and knowledgeable. He was able to tell me product differences and warranty information on different products from memory. Grateful for good service and high quality individuals.

Worst Apple Store ever. Manager Martine Hernandez caused me 2 hours of wasted time making me come back later in the afternoon to pick up my already paid for iPhone 16 at release day when there was no line in the morning now in the afternoon it’s an hour lines wraps around the entire mall. He should have just let me grab my phone when the line was short.

My son and I came on the Saturday before Christmas at opening time. While I dreaded the crowd, the moment they opened, each guest was matched with a team member. The store was very well prepared for this crowd at opening time, and it consisted of at least fifty people shopping. I only needed one thing, and Team Member Daisy was able to get me my product, out the door in under five minutes. I'm impressed with the professionalism and preparedness of the entire staff of Apple Fashion Valley, and would happily shop there again in the future. Thank you Daisy for the pleasant experience.

The queue is disorganized. Very long waiting time although I came for an iPhone pick up. Better to buy from other electronic departmental stores
