Top notch service & excellent communication. The battery in my wife's 2017 MacbookPro needed immediate replacing. Craig answered my texts quickly, sent me a link to buy the replacement battery myself and when it arrived he took it in the same day. He sent photos of the process, cleaned the interior of the machine (that was full of an embarrassing amount of dust), and had it back to us quickly. It's nice to work with proper professionals who know how to run their business. Highly recommended!

These guys are amazing! After Mac Genius Bar made me wait for hours only to tell me they couldn’t help me for several MORE hours, I called Mac Medics and they saved the day. Even though they were very busy they let me come by their home office to drop off my laptop and run some tests. Super friendly. Super accommodating. And they were careful not to do anything that would jeopardize my warranty. Go see them!

We had a very good experience with Mac PC Medics. Had some virus issues on an older PC. Brought it over and it was done an hour later. Craig was very helpful and the price was very fair. Highly recommend them and a great local San Clemente business to support.
