I give this shop 5 stars because Ed’s work he did for me was far past excellent. My computer was starting to over heat because i havent cleaned it and when i told him about it i brought it in the same day and he was able to fully clean it beyond expectations and now it runs amazing. He was very professional and i will definitely recommend him to family and friends for purchases and repairs of computers and laptops.

Got my laptop fan fixed, he changed the fan, reapplied the thermal paste and cleaned everything up, he did a diagnosis of my computer too and I always had a problem with my ram. Great guy, great prices, my go to repair shop. :)

Walked in with a dusty old PC that couldn't get past the blue windows error screen, walked out THE NEXT DAY with a PC that works like brand new. Ed is such a great guy with an honest business, he'll give you exactly what you want for a perfectly reasonable price. He's definitely my computer guy for years to come.

Agree with one of the other reviews that mention older components for a high price. Last year I came here and bought a custom built modest gaming unit with a decent gpu. To play Minecraft and other non high end games. Now this year I see that it goes end of life October of 2025, because it can't support Windows 11. Why? Because the CPU is a series that came out in 2011! (Not only does it not have TPM 2.0, which windows 11 requires, it doesn't even have TPM at all.) I go in to buy a computer in 2023 and I get a 2011 CPU? That's disappointing, what am I "old chip disposal"?

My gaming laptop was repeatedly blue screening, rendering it completely useless. Ed was able to diagnose the problem and fix it at a reasonable price. Highly recommend this cute little computer store!!!
