Had a great experience with iFixForU! Specifically with Steve. Long story short, my older iPhone needed the battery to be changed and Apple recommended me go to Best Buy to service it. I would have to drop off my phone for 3 days before I had a working phone. I shopped around and called iFixForU. Steve told me to come on in and he’d fix it in 15 minutes and for $15 less than Best Buy would charge. I’m coming here for any electronic repairs for now on.

Gosh I forgot the assistance’s name, he is super nice and super supportive. The store is clean, fresh, easy to locate. I fixed my daughter’s iPad there within an hour, with a reasonable price. Easy communication, would highly recommend.

This place is a scam and so is the reviews. My mom came to this location because of the good reviews. She came by on Sunday, paid them the $50 downpayment to order for the cracked front screen. The next day she dropped off the phone and paid $290 (include the downpayment). Hours later, they return it back to us with the back damage. They then had the audacity to scam my mom more money to fixed the back. Currently, I'm standing here waiting while I'm typing this review. After speaking with the manager, they admitted it was their fault, during the heating process of taking the screen off. The manage stated that they can issue use a full refund if they take off the screen and replace it back with the old broken one. Prior to speaking with the manager the sales guy said he will pay us back the amount Samsung charges for the back repair. We do not want them to touch the phone anymore, yet they still continuously lied to us. On yelp, they were marked for suspicious reviews from the same IP address.

If I could give it a 10-star review, I would! I can't express how thrilled I was to see my iPhone 12 Pro Max (not even that old to stop working yet) back and running with all my data preserved after the phone simply went dark without any signs of warnings. I was lucky enough to get an appointment with the Genius Bar on the same day when the phone died, but only to be told that it was "hardware issues, we don't do repairs, you need a new phone, and sorry about the data that you didn't back up onto iCloud." (I used to manually back up to external disks every few months but hadn't done so in about 1.5 years at the time). What I was most concerned about was the priceless data (lots of photos and videos with family and friends) and obviously I also didn't have the budget of $1200+ for a new phone. Not gonna lie, I was devastated. So I asked around and one of my friends recommended iFixForU (this RH location) to me and I thought it was worth a shot. I mean, what could be worse? After a quick 10-min diagnostics of taking the phone apart, I was told that there are motherboard issues (battery good, screen good) and they're likely to be able to repair it. Once repaired, all my data should stay and if they can't fix the device, they can at least try to retrieve my data and back it up to another device of mine. All of these was quoted $180, and what's even better was that, if they ended up not being able to do either of the above, it'd be free of charge. So I patiently waited for a week while keeping my fingers crossed... and today I was told that my phone was ready for pickup, and everything was repaired and I got all my data back. For those of you who have experienced loss of precious memories like photos and videos would understand how grateful I'm to have them recovered. Not to mention now that I don't have to scramble for the money to pay for a new phone that'd cost a fortune. Hands down 10 stars!!! Steve at the front desk is attentive, friendly, and speaks both fluent English and Mandarin. My phone was repaired within the 7-day timeframe they promised and I couldn't be happier with the service. Now I just have to spend the money on iCloud to make sure that I have my data backed up in real time... more money going to Apple... but what else can we do?
