If you make an appointment it takes forever for them to meet with you. If you drop in it will take forever to meet with you. Regardless what you do it will take forever to meet with anybody. I gave them a pc to check. Took them about 2 weeks for them to tell me I had to buy a part for them to simply check it. Then another week goes by then they tell me I need to purchase another part just for them to test the pc. There has been a hand full of times where they’ve called regarding my pc and they were extremely rude and backhanded. They are supposed to know these computer things. They act as if I’m supposed to know what they’re talking about. If I knew then I wouldn’t have came to them for help. Make it make sense. Terrible service. Terrible wait times. Terrible people.

A little disappointed. We were told over the phone, when we made an appointment, that they would definitely be able to repair our product. Took the time to drive down, at the specific appointment time, not drop in, to be told it was not repairable. It would have been better to tell us that they do not repair our model computer over the phone. Be prepared, don't believe what they say on the phone

Got all the way to the appointment only for them to tell me that they don't service laptop screens. Why would they schedule an appointment, only to tell me that they can't help me? Lol. I called their store and after telling them the situation with my laptop screen, they said I needed an appointment. I wouldn't have come if I had known they couldn't help. Wasted my time and gas.

Very helpful and professional. I needed to have a Sirius radio installed in my new car. Eric explained the installation options. He agreed to try to put the unit left of steering and successfully did it. I checked a number of competitors before I visited them and they were the lowest price as well. They will do a better installation for much less.

A job well done! I had to have a complete OS restore on my MS Surface laptop, as the MS Creators Fall update messed up my icons and apps. And when I reverted back to what I had before the update, my WiFi network access was gone. This was my first experience with the GS, both their home visit and shop visit, and I was pleased with the outcome!
