Our television stopped working so we called Best Buy Geek Squad Riverside to come out and take a look at the TV. Mark came out to take a look and said the TV needed 2 parts and he would order the parts and give us a call once the parts were in. A week went by with no call from Mark, then another week went by, and still no call from Mark. Finally, at the end of the second week, we decided to call Best Buy and they said the parts were in and then we were given another scheduled date for Mark to come back out. On the day of the appointment, We waited for 4 hours and Mark never showed. We finally called Best Buy who stated Mark was on his way but running behind, and asked if we would wait another 30 minutes. That 30 minutes turned into an hour and Mark never showed. So we called Best Buy back and the representative tried contacting Mark again but she was unsuccessful. During our call with the representative she received word that only 1 part came in so that is why our appointment had been canceled and rescheduled. Originally we were informed that both parts were in. So our entire day was hijacked because we had no choice but to wait for the technician Mark who never showed, and our appointment was cancelled without our knowledge. We did ask for our call to be escalated so that we can get this matter resolved with a supervisor. We spoke with Leidi who assured us that she is sending our concerns over to a supervisor who will email us back within 48 hours. We never received any email. The day of the reschedule appointment comes and we call Best Buy first thing in the morning to find out what tie they will arrive and again the representative has no answers for us. We are then transferred to Elisabeth who states the second part that we need for our TV should be in today and when it arrives they will call us. Needless to say our entire experience has been terrible across a timeline of over a month that we have been attempting to get our TV fixed through Best Buy Geek Squad. We have been lied to, and strung along, and the service has been the worst we've ever experienced. And we have also requested a refund from the initial service visit that was never followed up on by the Geek Squad. I would not recommend the Best Buy Geek Squad to anyone, ever!

I just moved into the area and was having trouble with my computer. I figured Geek Squad could handle it so that is where I went and was pleased with the speed they were able to fix my problem and the politeness they showed me. It felt like I had a connection just like the last place. 5 star for speed, knowledge and politeness.

Tried to call at 7:15 pm. No pick up. Placed on hold with one caller ahead which was fine. Then the phone rang endlessly again for another few minutes. So I'll just go to human computers I guess since they don't wanna answer their phones :\

My computer was dropped - my business computer!! Of course, I was scared! Came here , while praying, they can handle it. About 2 hours later I came back - and wow! Awesome service Ben!!
