The staff at computer pro2call was extremely helpful at all points of the process. When I brought in my computer, it was not working. I explained what I had done and the problems I was facing. Robert explained the process and gave me a clear expectation of what the price would be. They would text me updates regularly. The price was good. Overall this was a great experience. If I have future computer issues, I will definitely be returning

Robert is fantastic! First helped me with my old computer when the hard drive crashed (he was able to harvest the data). Then gave advice on a new machine. And today finished by loading the data on the new PC and spent a lot of time with my daughter teaching her the new behaviors as well as testing the printer . I will be sharing his/the office contact information with everyone!!!!

Even though they fixed my computer, the customer service is bad. I took my laptop to be fixed and they told me they could have it ready in 2 days max. After 2 days I didn't receive any notification until I contacted them to ask for a update, I they told me that they had to replace the keyboard, but I had to buy it; so I bought it and took it to them. (By then already had passed a week) Then the day I took the key board they told me again, "it will be ready today or tomorrow". I wait two days and again I didn't received any call or notification. So I called them and they told me that the laptop was ready. They apologize for not letting me know. So well... that is why I put 3 stars.

If you ever have a computer issue that you can't figure out this is DEFINITELY the spot to go. I pretty much had the best customer experience of all time here last week. My CPU suddenly started overheating last week - after I exhausted at home options I gave Computer Pro2Call a ring. Robert spent a solid amount of time talking through my theories with me. He also helped me check my warranty, as it could've saved me money. Robert & Mike not only quickly identified the problem, but went above and beyond in helping me solve it quickly and thoroughly. I was hoping to have my computer ready on a time crunch, so they literally sent me a link to where I could pick up the new piece I needed locally and rushed the fix before the office closed at EOD Friday. If that wasn't enough, they even optimized my rig for better cooling just to be safe (and also went above and beyond with wire management). Did I mention how incredibly reasonable the price was? Thank you again - you guys are amazing!

My Lenovo laptop suddenly failed to power on when traveling. I work as an editor of an online medical journal and had planned to continue working while traveling. I took the laptop to Pro2call and Robert made an initial assessment while I waited. I left the device and by the next day he had it working again and ready to be picked up. I was extremely grateful for this expeditious help as I hoped to continue travel by the next working day.
