I had a great experience! The email said to come in, they were ready for me. I drove an hour to have them fix my screen. The expected turn around time was 4 hours and the techs were able to do it in about an hour and a half! I felt like I was leaving my device in very capable and trustworthy hands! Staff was professional and knowledgeable! I got my service for free because I filed a claim through Asurion but even out of pocket it would have been cheaper than several other places I got quotes from! Money saved, screen fixed! I'm happy! Will definitely return!

This has to be the dumbest experience in customer service I've ever had. My son dropped off his laptop before Thanksgiving. It was shipped out to be repaired. Meanwhile, my son had to come back home (11 hours away from the store) and would not be returning to Redding. Dec 10 I get a call to come pick up my son's laptop. I had called to ask that the laptop be shipped to us because we were no longer in town. It is now February 11 and still no laptop. I try calling the store (straight to voicemail), no response. I email, no response. I call Asurion, nada except I'm sorry. I'm so fed up. My son needs his laptop for school and no one can help me.

Dropped my Z Flip 5 at work and unfortunately cracked the inside screen. Remembered that I had Asurion insurance through my provider and went online to start a claim. It was approved right then and there. I wasted no time to get here for the drop off. The process of checking in was easy and speedy which was great since I had to return to work. The turn around from drop off until pick up was about 4 and a half hours. The repair was clean and professional and it was done same day! Huge praise to the tech for the repair.

I dropped off my hard drive in August. Checked on-line for progress repeatedly until November. No progress. Tried to call repeatedly, and left messages. No one ever picked up or responded to my messages. Went to the storefront, receptionist was “away from her desk” and store was closed. Went back, finally spoke with the technician handling my case, who gave my drive back to me and said I should go buy a new one. Not upset about the outcome, but what terrible communication problems!

They discovered that I was scammed when I bought my phone less than 1 mobth ago after bringing it in due to several frustrating issues. I bought a "new" factory sealed phone that ended up being anything but new. It has cheap 3rd party replacement parts and they found several failed components, which all explain the issues I was having. It was well worth the diagnistic cost as now I have documented proof to use as ammunition when I file a claim against the seller. Couldn't be happier, thank you! Above my expectations.
