I bought a 2023 Asus ROG Flow X16 GV601 Laptop from the Redding BestBuy store. Michael in the computer section was very helpful, knowledgeable, and gave me the info I needed to make my decision on my purchase. I then had an appointment late in the day, Monday, with Geek Squad for a 1 TB storage and 32 GB ram upgrades. The day of the appointment I thought of calling to bring it in early. But Keith at Geek Squad called me first. What service! They were excellent in their communication, what I should expect, and I was empressed on the service. I just had to write this review after all that. Thank you Michael, Keith, and the agent handing me my Laptop in the photo. NICE WORK!

These guys are great. My laptop got hacked they fixed it made it safe and got it back to me in one day. Then I couldn’t figure out how to work a lot of the programs my college uses and they taught me that too. Highly recommend them. Awesome costumer service too

I’ve been trying to talk to someone that actually works at the Redding, CA store and it’s impossible. I was told on their chat since I don’t have an email address for my account there they can’t tell me anything about my replacement from Allstate. I told them that I have no account with Best Buy, that it is a replacement and of course, this goes off their script and they don’t get what I’m talking about. So, now I got to drive an hour to the store to see what happened with my tv that I was to receive today. I even have a Best Buy order number, yet they won’t tell me anything. Last year will be the last year that I do my Christmas shopping through Best Buy. This has been a horrible 2 day ordeal that shouldn’t have been this way.

We did not have audio and could not access one of our programs after they worked on our system. It took a while to make contact, but we finally were able to contact the supervising tech who supervised the new tech who worked on our system. He came and fixed everything that was not working. He was very nice and patient, very kind and certainly very skilled. All is well and working fine now and at no extra charge. We will certainly use them again.

Took my phone in for a speaker replacement as mine had blown and I was still under warranty….. they broke the back glass on my phone and left me waiting for 4 hrs before I had to go and check on the status of my repair since they never called to say btw we can’t repair and we also broke ur phone even more…. Didn’t have the back glass to repair the damage they caused so I had to leave with a phone broken more than when I had brought it In. Waited a few days for them to get the parts in to replace and repair my phone, fine but when I brought it back to get fixed finally again the phone was ready they quoted me two to three hrs well I waited three and a half and again they never called to say it was ready but when I went in to check the status it was magically ready so don’t count on them to let u know your items are ready and inspect ur items completely cus u never know what else they may have broken …… super disappointed won’t ever go back.
