More Than a Fix: Phones, Tablets, and Computers

There is a reason why this place (RSM location) has 5 star reviews. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. I brought in a phone that others could not repair. At "More Than a Fix" they tried their best to diagnose the problem and...fixed it. They are certainly "More Than a Fix". Their Customer Service is OUTSTANDING. Josh, Guy and Jack were extremely professional. They communicated every step of the process and gave me a reasonable price up front. No hidden fees. As someone who is not tech savvy, I was impressed with how patient and respectful these guys were. They earned my trust and I HIGHLY recommend their services.

Overall a great service, with pricing that seemed reasonable to me. The store itself is a small room, supposedly a small business with a comfy atmosphere. The service and payment itself was smooth and easy - they took my computer, and from then I only had to worry about picking it up when they were done. In regards the problems: I requested that they update me on the progress of the service, but they notified me, and I often called back myself to find that there were delays in shipping, the service was more complicated than first anticipated, etc. For context, my computer required a keyboard replacement. Initially, they replaced my keyboard with an Arabic one which was quite different from the original keyboard on my computer. For me, this was a minor issue that only required a few extra days to fix, but I do believe it is important to check the customers' computer thoroughly before finishing the service.

This place is awesome! This is my second time using them - the first time I brought in my iPhone to fix a broken screen - I dropped it off and they called me right away and told me that it was the screen protector and not the screen itself!! This time my Apple Watch went black - but was charging - they quoted me 179.00 to fix it. I just picked it up and it was only 80.00! Thank you for your great work and honesty!!!!

Trustworthy! Had a blue screen Bitlocker issue and couldn't figure it out. Called and they helped me over the phone easily without charging me. They could've easily taken advantage of someone who didn't know it was a simple fix. I will definitely be back if I have a bigger issue in the future. Thank you More than a Fix!
