Rick Hardy sure likes to waste people's time. I explained in detail what I had and sent numerous photos. He made an offer and I accepted. I sent the items to them and then they tried to low-ball me with an offer considerably lower than the original offer. Don't waste your time with these people.

I worked with with Rick Hardy and his team and sold them my items using pictures and email from out of state. I was really happy with their communication and follow thru. Everything went smooth, no surprises

One of my employees had an ongoing deal with Rick Hardy. This deal was one that was explained multiple times by my employee, to correct the part numbers and change the order number to get everything right. Rick Hardy then called my employee, on an ego trip explaining to him how long he's been in this business, and how my employees' numbers were wrong which was not the case at all. Rick was calling MFS1S00-H020E Cables Mini SAS cables, if you have been in this business for so long how can you make such an incompetent mistake? Rick said we had a certain number of a product that we never said we had, and then gave us a price of over $18,000. We were sent shipping labels, and on the way to post office when my employee sent Rick an email telling him for the 4th time to correct the number. Rick finally realized he made a mistake, he then tried to offer us a couple hundred dollars for another product we were selling, which was absolutely ridiculous. Rick would not own up to his mistake and the deal was ongoing for weeks, Rick replied with "I can buy the transceivers nothing more to discuss." My employee had to call and ask Rick what was up about the huge mistake because he thinks we give a f8ck how long he's been in this business. If Hardy would have listened the first time, we told him to change the numbers, we would have never been at this point, and it could've been solved earlier if he would have put his pride aside and listed. But since he wanted to measure lengths so badly, we had to end up in this position. Mind you we were at the post office when receiving this information, so we lost money and time since Rick wants to tell us how good he is. Rick is an idiot.

In April I scheduled a pickup of 4 pallets of drives for sort and settle. I have done several transactions with this company before. They have never paid on time but eventually they would. This time around I followed up with them for several month. After not hearing anything for several months they finally decided to respond with " Sorry for the delay. I am finally back working in the office. I had asked for the check in paperwork – apparently all of these drives had been degaussed and drilled (that’s why I couldn’t find the drive list). We do not have a degausser and we do not drill drives. Sounds like a made up story for loosing the paperwork and not paying for the 4 pallets of drives we sent to them. Stay away !!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Rick Hardy by a long stretch is the worst person i’ve ever done business with, he will be the downfall of DTC, huge ego problem. His 20 years of experience means absolutely nothing.
