I had a great experience with the salesperson at the Apple Store. They were extremely knowledgeable, answering all my questions with clarity and confidence. Their efficiency was equally impressive, as they guided me through the entire process seamlessly and ensured everything was handled quickly. I truly appreciated their professionalism and expertise—definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had! Thank you 🙏

I highly recommend visiting this Apple Store during the week, especially in the mornings. I took an early break from work to exchange my iPad under warranty and was helped within 5 minutes of arriving. I was out of the store in less than 30 minutes! I'm so glad I chose to go when I did—otherwise, I might have been waiting for hours.

I arrived about 30 minutes early and there was already a line, however they let everyone in at 11am, and I got help immediately from Diana. Diana was absolutely kind and helped me with my trade in and I am happily messing with my new iPad because of her amazing customer service and support!

Nice but could use more benches and seating. Also some of the stores like Aldo were really small and had no selection so it was a waste of time walking all the way there to look at like a dozen items.

I came to bring my phone since I got an email indicating that my parts arrived for repair, Cindy (manager)the manger told me that I needed 3 hours at least to get my phone back same day and I came at 625pm to the store and they close at 9pm, this was never informed to me when I came the 1st time. Comming 3 times to the store to fix your phone is not fair, just because they failed to give the full policy information to me the 1st time. Employees need better training.
