I recently had a fantastic experience at ServiceWare in Pleasanton. My Lenovo laptop suffered a faulty motherboard, and as someone who relies heavily on my computer, I was quite worried about data loss and downtime. Thankfully, I had an extended warranty, but what truly impressed me was the exceptional service I received from the shop. The technicians were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth repair process. They thoughtfully moved my SSD hard drive to an external casing, allowing me uninterrupted access to my data while they worked on the laptop. This level of care and foresight truly put me at ease. Once the motherboard was repaired, they efficiently reinstalled the SSD and ensured everything was functioning perfectly. Throughout the process, the technicians patiently explained the repairs being done, keeping me informed and confident. I highly recommend ServiceWare. Their expertise, customer service, and commitment to clear communication make them a top choice, especially for Lenovo and Apple products.

I have used six different IBM/Lenovo certified service centers since being a dedicated Lenovo business customer since 2004 on four different business laptops (I use one at a time), and Serviceware in Pleasanton has worked on two of my units over the course of the past three years, and I wish I could give them a higher number than 5/5, because they deserve it. They have always done repairs that were 100% solid and comprehensive where I did not need to return for something that was missed. In all cases, it has taken three business days from drop-off to pick-up. All staff are kind, friendly, professional, and expert in providing high quality customer service in effectuating high quality equipment repairs, they interact at the level of the customer and are exceptionally accommodating in all ways, and it is not just me who they treat this way. As I am in their store during my short waits during drop-offs/pick-ups, I see how their integrity and respect is paid to every customer that walks in the door! I am so grateful they are less than a half-hour drive from my house. I can not recommend the staff and technicians at Serviceware more strongly!!!

I went here after visiting an apple store to fix an issue with my macbook. The guys at Serviceware offered a fix at less than half the cost of the official store, clearly knew what they were doing and had it fixed in less than a week. They were very responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. Apples official store was an absolute joke and if i ever have issues with my mac again these will be the first guys I come to and i suggest the same for anyone who's having issues. You're in good hands with Serviceware!

*quick update to previous review that follows… I’ve used these folks for service on my iPad, and found them to be outstanding in every way **. I didn’t actually use any paid services from this place, because they asked me a couple of initial questions on the phone, which saved me from actually bringing my device in! This kind of ‘taking the long view’ toward customer service,is rare, and as a result this coming week I’ll be using them by having my battery replaced on my MacBook. I’m impressed already
