Thank you so much!!! Pleasanton Computer Repair's Tech went outside his usual scope of work and went above and beyond to help me fix a computer board on my refrigerator. I was fixing a different issue for my mother when I accidentally broke off a soldered wire connection, and the Tech saved my bacon by super-heroing it back together. The staff was super nice at the front desk, and ten minutes later, I had a working board and a full fridge of food that was saved. Next time I have an actual computer issue, I know where I am going. Thanks for being awesome people!!! The Refrigerator Guy :-)

What can I say except that, they are just outright scammers. Horrible experience dealing with them and they love to waste your time hoping you'll get fed up with them and just agree to whatever they said. Would definitely recommend going elsewhere.

When I came in, I was told that there was either an issue with the battery or the motherboard. I paid 150 dollars for an "advanced diagnosis". 150 dollars and 2 days later they had come to the conclusion that the problem was either the battery or the motherboard. They then suggested I buy another battery to diagnose the problem myself. Staff were polite, but they took my money without making any headway into the problem. If there's an issue that can't be solved by restarting the computer, I don't recommend them.

They are awesome. They give an estimate before hand and get approvals before making any repairs. They set expectations regarding the repair too. I have gone there for multiple laptop related issues, and they were able to successfully fix all of them in a timely manner.
