I needed to use the printer to fax something. I didn’t know how to do that. An associate named Alice taught me how to use their printer to send papers by fax. She was so patient, not letting me feel uncomfortable about not knowing how to send a fax! She also showed me how to fix mistakes I’d made while writing notes on the front cover sheet. I bought some white-out afterwards I want to compliment the store itself on being so clean and well lit . They are always well stocked with anything I could need. The checkout associates are very nice and fast with my checkouts every time I visit the store. I highly recommend using the Staples at that location.

TL;DR - save your time, go to FedEx for any printing needs. Easily one of the most frustrating experiences I've had. Went in with two files in my email prepared to print. Waited in front of the printing area, chose the paper I was interested in, then was told to email the files to their inbox. One of the files went through fine, but the second file kept bouncing from their inbox. I kept mentioning the issue to the 3 workers in the printing area to only be ignored. I stood there for 30 minutes sending the email through various emails addresses before finally walking out of the store. Only then did a worker acknowledge me and said we can only accept emails with 15mb attachments. Why not say that the first time? Not 30 minutes of ignoring me. Immediately took my business to FedEx which had great customer service, easy file upload, and was out in 10 minutes after ordering my prints.

I highly recommend this place. I tried to make custom business cards. I got a phone call after payment from them and a lady friendly explained to me my mistake . My card was with unreadable text and quality could be bad. She recommended canceling this order and sending the new one with corrections. I did that and they refunded the money for the wrong order. The new order was printed for the next 10 minutes and that made my day. Thank you so much!!!
