I'd give a zero if I could. When I first used them in 2023 I had a good experience but the next year it was all downhill. They have a lot of nerve calling themselves US Tech Support because it's obvious when you speak to representatives they are not based in the US. Maybe the company's address is but the people assisting you are not. Their representatives were not capable and I usually wound up solving whatever tech issue on my own. Rather than actually solve your issues, the reps were always trying to sell me on another service. I signed up for their Clean ID identity theft protection service. WHILE signed up for it, my ID was stolen. Their system was supposed to monitor credit card applications made in my name. Someone submitted a credit card application with my identity information. Their so called identity protection did not even register that the application had been made which is exactly what it was supposed to do. When I called and spoke to multiple representatives no one had an explanation for why their system did not catch it. I was promised multiple times that a supervisor would call me back. Never did.

Don't waste your time and money on this company. I needed help with a basic network sharing issue and after paying, was promised a callback in 6 hours. They haven't called back in over a week I got the same empty promise repeatedly with no call back. I finally requested a refund becasue I couldn't even speak to a technician after 8 days. They cancelled my subscription but kept the the $240?? Very disappointing service with unresponsive, poorly qualified people.

Can’t even get a call back after 2 days, I would try and find knowledgeable help somewhere else. Their customer service sucks and I haven’t been able to work for 3 days!

I can only imagine what the service is like at this business. I sat for thirty minutes trying to explain to one of the representatives what I needed. She had no understanding of what I was asking, and kept telling me the same thing over and over. She was telling the that a technician would help me remotely, when my issue had to do with hard drives that had to physically be brought into a shop. I needed data transfer from the hard drives to another drive. It needed to be hard wire connected to perform this task, and she kept telling me that a technician would assist me by phone. When I finally asked her why I couldn't bring the drives in (we're in the same city), she then stated that they didn't actually have a physical shop. Twenty minutes of conversation, and all she had to do was tell me that fact and we could have ended the conversation there. Pure frustration.

Edgar with U.S. Tech Support was FABULOUS to work with! I had been experiencing multiple issues with speed, performance and attachments not uploading, etc. He resolved everything on one call and took the time to listen to me and what was happening. He provided me with recommendations and educated me on additional services that would add value to my business. Highly recommend U.S. Tech Support!
